I bought this from Marshalls and the dogs loved them. I then bought on line and the dogs would not eat them. Customer service is horrible. There isn't a phone number to call and speak with someone. I been emailing them for about one month to return. They keep telling me that they are sending something else. These sticks are not butcher shop.
