This depends on a number of factors, including breed, weight, and exercise level — so we don’t provide specific serving size recommendations. However, all treats are best enjoyed in moderation. Please contact your vet to help you make the best decision for your pet.

Shipping is free on orders over $50. For all other orders, a flat $7.50 shipping fee applies.

Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Most orders ship from Fitchburg, MA.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates. Add info@lovintenders.com to your contacts to avoid missing these notifications.

  • Contiguous 48 U.S. states
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! Here's what you need to know:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for orders under $250
  • Orders over $250 must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Only unused and unopened items are eligible, unless damaged or defective
  • Restocking fee of 15% applies to returns over $100
  • A return reason must be provided when submitting a request
  • Bulk orders or suspected resale orders may be denied
