This depends on a number of factors, including breed, weight, and exercise level — so we don’t provide specific serving size recommendations. However, all treats are best enjoyed in moderation. Please contact your vet to help you make the best decision for your pet.

Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Most orders ship from Fitchburg, MA.
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates. Add info@lovintenders.com to your contacts to avoid missing these notifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please look over your order when it's delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original to exchange an item. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Processing Time:
Returns and exchanges are processed within 2 weeks of receipt.
Treat Serving Guidelines
We do not provide specific serving size recommendations, as this varies based on your dog’s breed, weight, and activity level. Treats should always be given in moderation. For personalized advice, consult your veterinarian.
Natural Treat Storage Notice
For bulk natural treats like bully sticks, cow ears, and pig ears: Store in a cool, dry, pest-free environment, preferably in sealed containers. We guarantee quality within the return period. For any issues, contact customer service right away.
