Shipping policy

• How much does shipping cost?
  • For orders over $50, shipping is FREE! For most other orders, we charge a flat $6.95 shipping fee.
• When will I get my order?
  • In most cases, your order will arrive 3-8 business days after you place your order, depending on your location.  Please see our shipping estimate map below:

• How can I track my order after it ships?
  • When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.  Please add info@lovintenders.com to your email contacts to avoid our notification emails going to junk or spam.
• Where will you ship my order from?
  • Most orders ship from Fitchburg, MA. 

• Do you ship to…
  • The lower 48 states? Yes!
  • Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico? We currently do not ship to these states.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses? Yes!
  • Countries outside of the USA? Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
